ABOUT FLOCORE · JAKARTA, INDONESIA
Building a shared operational layer for construction.
FLOCORE is an Indonesian construction AI company founded in August 2025 in Jakarta, Indonesia by Fadli Adrian.
We are an early-stage company developing construction AI tools and inviting pilot-program discussions. Demonstrations and roadmap concepts are not evidence of production deployments or completed customer projects.
What we build
The construction AI Control Center brings project planning and field information into a common workspace. Our project digital twin connects model, schedule, and site context. Copilot explores grounded construction assistance; the Field App supports capture and review of site information.

Where we are today
Available to explore
Public product demonstrations, interface previews, architecture materials, and pilot-program enquiries. These do not establish production readiness.
Under development
Control Center, project digital twin, Copilot, and Field App workflows; project-context reasoning, integrations, and field-data analysis. Pilot access and testing scope require direct agreement.
Long-term vision
An operating system for the physical world, extending from construction projects toward portfolios and infrastructure. This is a direction for future work.
Founder

FLOCORE combines construction data, project-control logic, digital-twin context, and AI reasoning into a shared operational layer. Claude Code is part of our engineering workflow, while we are expanding Claude into project-context reasoning, document and field-data analysis, tool-using operational workflows, and grounded construction assistance.
Predictive schedule and risk calculations remain grounded in project data and specialized project-control logic rather than relying on language-model output alone.
We do not claim that Claude API integration is currently in production.
Pilot Program
We welcome discussions with construction teams about a defined pilot scope, data availability, evaluation criteria, and practical project workflows. Customer names, results, and case studies are published only when they are verified and approved for disclosure.
